I’m an untrained unprofessional wannabe top chef by night that loves planning theme menus, big law firm associate by day. I just moved to a condo that has big beautiful grills on the roof, and never having grilled before, I have decided to take up the challenge to enjoy the weather and grill dinner this summer (plus enjoy the time-saving benefits of washing less pots and pans!).
